Family owned and managed, Northeast Illinois Service Company, Inc. (NISCO) was originally established in 1990 as an HVAC-R service and repair company, providing Heating and Air Conditioning services to the Greater Chicagoland area, Northwest Indiana, and Wisconsin. Since then, our services have expanded to include facilities repair and maintenance, restaurant equipment repair, and coffee roaster repair, maintenance, and installation.

The senior management at NISCO prides itself in having over 100 years of combined experience in the HVAC-R and facilities maintenance fields. It is this experience that gains us the trust of some of the largest and most reputable clients in the region.
